Duration: 1-2 months

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. This role will focus on our AI-powered Enterprise recruiting product, which significantly accelerates the hiring process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with clients to understand their needs and pain points
2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in AI-driven recruiting
3. Develop and maintain the product roadmap
4. Prioritize features and enhancements that align with our corporate goals of revenue growth and client acquisition
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales
6. Ensure the product development aligns with our strategic objectives
7. Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive improvements

Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or AI-driven products
– Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in recruiting
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
– Proven ability to prioritize features and manage a product roadmap
– Experience in data-driven decision making and product analytics
– Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
