What we’re looking for:
To support and provide ongoing developments and improvements to a web-based tour management system.  This system is private and is not for public access and is password protected with limited access to the staff of the organisation only.

The project is based on Symfony framework with Angular frontend and MySQL DB. Currently hosted on Amazon AWS with a production and test instance, SES mail service and webhook integrations with international booking system FareHarbor.

To support and develop the system, the right developer(s) will have experience in the following areas:
  – Symfony framework 4, PHP 7 etc.
  – Angular 7+
  – Node
  – Amazon AWS – EC2 and SES and CloudWatch

The project has two main requirements
1. Provide a level of support (during business hours GMT 9-5 monday/friday) to monitor the system up to 1 day per month to ensure the system is working smoothly, operating within agreed parameters and perform any minor updates and patches as necessary to the AWS environment. In the event of an incident or emergency we would look for ideally 4-8hr response time via email to investigate and resolve.
2. Make changes, improvements in the system. All changes will be clearly defined and setup in the JIRA ticketing system, the work scope and time will be agreed in advance and signoff on the test/demo system to complete each ticket.  Payment for these tickets/issues will be at the agreed hourly rate.
