About Wavepaths:
Wavepaths has developed the world´s first person-centred music-solution for care-providers and care-seekers. Our music technology integrates neuroscience, music theory, and experience design to facilitate experiences that improve mental health and well-being.

We are looking for a part-time engineer to join the team and help with monitoring, bug fixing, maintenance and availability of our services end to end. The work is remote, and applicants from any location are welcome to apply.

List of responsibilities include:
– monitor and maintain services running
– be available for any devops intervention
– own customer support on bug reports and other product related issues
– diagnose and debug reported issues with the product
– fix bugs/breaking changes in code or configuration
– deploy changes to the dev/production environments
– report and communicate the outcomes and history of interventions actions
– perform necessary software upgrades/migrations in case of deployment issues/services reaching EOL

Availability:
Hiring to start ASAP on a rolling contractor agreement. This role requires 24/7 availability and daily scan of logs and monitoring of the ecosystem. Total required availability will be variable, but approximately 2h per day.
