We run a e-commerce platform, currently using a 3rd party CRM software for users to make purchases and access their account information.

However, as this method has several limitations, we would like to connect our CRM’s back-end API (Already Created) to WordPress, where we are able to fully customise our purchase UI/UX on WP and enhance the purchase journey for our clients.
