We are seeking an experienced developer to integrate our SharePoint Site with Clockify. The integration involves automating the creation and updating of Clients and Projects between the two platforms. Below are the detailed requirements for the integration:

Client Integration:

New Client Creation:
Trigger: When a new client is created in SharePoint.
Action: Create a new client in Clockify.
Return: Clockify Client ID.
Update: SharePoint column Clockify_id with the returned Clockify Client ID.

Client Modification:
Trigger: When a client name is modified in SharePoint.
Action: Update the client name in Clockify using Clockify_id.

Project Integration:

New Project Creation:
Trigger: When a new project is created in SharePoint.
Action: Create a new project in Clockify using the following information:
Clockify_Client_ID (Vlookup from Client List)
Project Name: Concatenate Project Code & Project Name
Tasks: Create three default tasks (Administration/PM, Consulting and Design, Delivery)

Project Modification:
Trigger: When a project name or project code is modified in SharePoint.
Action: Update the project in Clockify using the following information:
Clockify_Client_ID (Vlookup from Client List)

Preferred Integration Methods:

Integrate Clockify API using SPFx webpart or Power Automate. Please consider the license cost for these tools in your proposal. Open to hear new solutions.
