We have an example project that we would like to modify and make it better as per client requirements. We need an an expert in Laravel and TALL stack to build this app for us. It has certain features unsuitable for beginners (e.g., multi-tenancy/teams/subscriptions). So, ONLY apply if you have project experience involving these features and have a portfolio to prove it. The project has a fixed budget even though it is hourly, and we must aim to meet that budget.
