Greetings, we are looking for someone who is experienced with data scraping for websites.

We have an apartments website that we have access to, and we need to get property details from it. This is the details we need gathered: (Property Names, Addresses, Prices, 1 Bed – 2 Bed – 3 Bed Square footage on entry floor plans, and descriptions).

When collecting details for these properties we are looking to export this data into a CSV file format. There are approximately 8,000-12,000 properties we are trying to scrape info from.

*Important – This is not an hourly position its a fixed price for the whole project. And you must be able to show that you have accomplished this task for other projects before we will hire.

Also, we need to be able to run the bot gathering pricing on a monthly basis this will be an additional task. Let us know if you have any questions.
