Initially, we require a detailed technical document in English, outlining best practices, recommended task runners, and programming languages from the successful freelancer.

Upon completion of the technical document, milestones will be set, and a start date and timeline agreed.

This isn’t an urgent project so don’t be put off if you are currently busy or unavailable.
