Project Scope
We are seeking an experienced professional to assist with the setup of our Shopify store. The initial phase of the project will include the following tasks:

CSV Format Setup: Convert our existing product list from Excel to Shopify’s standard CSV format.
Store Setup: Upload the product CSV to our Shopify store.
Theme Adjustment: Customize the store theme to align with our brand and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Ongoing Support: Provide long-term support for various tasks, including store maintenance, updates, and potential expansion of our product range.
Key Responsibilities
CSV Formatting: Convert and validate our Excel product list to Shopify’s CSV format, ensuring all product details are accurately transferred.
Product Upload: Import the CSV file into Shopify, verifying that all products are correctly listed with appropriate categories, images, descriptions, and pricing.
Theme Customization: Adjust the store’s theme to enhance visual appeal and functionality, including layout adjustments, color schemes, and font selection.
Continuous Improvement: Provide ongoing support to maintain and improve the store, including troubleshooting issues, updating products, and implementing new features as needed.
Qualifications
Shopify Expertise: Proven experience in setting up and managing Shopify stores, particularly in the mechanical supplies sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CSV file handling, Excel, and Shopify’s backend system.
Design Skills: Ability to customize Shopify themes to create an attractive and user-friendly store.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure all product data is accurately imported and displayed.
Long-Term Commitment: Willingness to provide ongoing support and work on additional tasks as they arise.
