Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to help set up and maintain our association management software, specifically focusing on platforms like Wild Apricot, ClubExpress or Glue Up. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software setup, customization, and ongoing management to ensure our organization runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
– Set up and configure Wild Apricot, or ClubExpress according to our association’s needs.
– Customize software features to align with our specific requirements.
– Manage member databases, event registrations, payment processing, and communications.
– Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for software-related issues.
– Train staff and members on using the software effectively.
– Regularly update and maintain the software to ensure optimal performance.
– Implement and manage any necessary integrations with other tools or platforms.
– Generate reports and analytics to track membership engagement and event success.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in setting up and managing Wild Apricot, ClubExpress, Glue Up or similar association management software.
– Strong technical skills with the ability to customize and troubleshoot software.
– Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
– Strong communication skills to train and support staff and members.
– Ability to generate and interpret reports and analytics.
– Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
– Experience with integrations and data migrations is a plus.

– Portfolio or examples of previous work with similar software.
