I would like to build a Chat Bot hosted on MS Teams to be used by employees of our business.

We managed our operations on HubSpot (Enterprise) in a bespoked CRM set up that heavily uses it’s "Custom Objects" and Workflows.

Which means managing webhooks should be straight forward. Hopefully, it’s API and general developer functionalities are well documented at least. And from my more limited experience it’s dev friendly. I just don’t have the expertise necessary for the job.

I would like to be able to query the data related to the custom object from the chatbot in plain language. I.e. fetch me the price for client X, item of work Y.

I would also like to correspondingly update the records. I.e. "Update the contract date for record X (with fuzzy match on the record name).
