milestone 1: hardware and software installation
– Install scales, buzzer/light, connect via usb to android tablet
– install drivers and softwares for these devices
– Check guide/protocols and connect them

milestone 2: Implement logic for controlling scales and buzzer, Database
– monitor 2 scales in realtime (usb or rs-232)
– trigger event when weights are not in true range
– run buzzer/light device when event is triggered
– save event logs into database

milestone 3: Dashboard
– start/stop system
– set/modify true weight range
– turn on/off buzzer
– show number of rejects and passes
