Responsibilities:
Design and develop responsive and visually appealing websites for our real estate company using WordPress and Elementor.
Customize and optimize various WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality and performance.
Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Integrate HubSpot CMS with our WordPress site for seamless content management and marketing automation.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure website content aligns with company goals and branding.
Conduct regular website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor website analytics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web design and development trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Website Designer and Developer, specifically with WordPress and Elementor.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with various WordPress plugins and their customization.
Understanding of SEO principles and experience implementing SEO best practices.
Proficiency in HubSpot CMS and its integration with WordPress.
Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Portfolio of previous website design and development projects.
