We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team and help us elevate the user experience of our LIMS software.

Job Description:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our LIMS products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and quality assurance, to create seamless and engaging user experiences. Your expertise in user-centered design principles and passion for creating elegant solutions will help us deliver a superior product that meets the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of laboratory professionals.
•  Create user personas, user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
•  Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI components for consistent user experience across the platform.
•  Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts.
•  Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve the product.
•  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the user experience.
•  Advocate for user-centric design principles and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
•  Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with experience in designing complex systems or software applications.
•  Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
•  Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
•  Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
•  Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
•  Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
•  Experience in the healthcare or laboratory industry is a plus.
