Role Overview:  We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer with Fullstack Experience to join our dynamic team. You will lead the development and optimization of our mobile application, implement complex features including video integration, and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with our product team as we all tech advisors to ensure smooth data flow and high-quality code standards.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the development and optimization of our Flutter-based mobile application.
– Implement complex features, including video configuration and playback, using Flutter and ImageKit.
– Collaborate with our backend team to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
– Establish and enforce coding standards for the mobile development team.
– Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of our engineering culture.
– Work closely with product and design teams to translate user needs into technical solutions.
– Manage state with BLoC and handle routing and navigation using Go Router.
– Implement deep linking strategies and a transition over from Firebase

Requirements:
–  5+ years in mobile app development, with at least 3 years focused on Flutter.
– Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
– Experience with state management solutions like BLoC.
– Expertise in integrating and configuring video playback in mobile apps.
– Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
– Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
– Fullstack development experience is a plus.

Plus:
– Familiarity with social media app development.
– Contributions to open-source Flutter projects.
– Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs.
– Knowledge of backend technologies and cloud services.
