What I am looking for: I want to build a new website for my creative media agency. I am looking for something minimalistic and modern, yet very comprehensive in design, copy, and even dynamic animations to make my website stand out.

I am looking for a website developer who has good communication skills, and a ton of experience with building websites in Webflow. I need someone who has a solid understanding of web design and understands what a sophisticated website needs for lead conversion, Google SEO ranking, and to create an amazing User Experience.

As of right now, my website has been built using Squarespace. It is a simple website with 2 pages total. I only have a homepage and a portfolio page that showcases my video work.  However, I have shifted my business from being a film production company only offering video work to expanding my services to assist businesses long-term. Therefore, I need a completely new re-design that represents my business and its services accordingly.

Characteristics for my new website:

It needs to be adjusted for phone and desktop view. Most people are going to view my website on their phone, therefore, the mobile view needs to be fully optimized.

The website should have a modern look. It needs to stand out with its layout and design. As I am a creative agency, my website needs to showcase a unique, and creative look.

I would love to have a dynamic website that contains subtle animations. I do not need something crazy but some animations would be great to make the feel of the website more professional.

On my website, I want to promote my physical location space as well. People need to find my website and check out my physical studio. and have the opportunity to request a booking. My physical location space is a film set that I am renting out on an hourly basis.

Furthermore, under the contact page + landing page, I want to add a Typeform tab that allows potential clients to reach out to me while filling out some additional information beforehand.

I would like to get this website done promptly, I do not have a specific deadline but if it could be completed by August 5th that would be fantastic.
