Russian President Vladimir Putin met with his Syrian counterpart Bashar al-Assad on July 24 at the Kremlin. According to the Russian presidential press service, Putin and Assad discussed the ongoing tensions in the Middle Eastern region due to Israel’s war in Gaza.
