We are looking to have a program built to handle mass emailing of invoices to consumers. This program will need to take simple text files which contain the invoice data, separate based on the email associated with each account, and put them in an email and send them. We would also like to receive data back from each send detailing the invoices that had been delivered, bounced, and opened in a separate file.

Hourly Range: $18.00-$42.00
