Overview: We’re seeking a talented UI/UX designer to collaborate on our Aptly project (www.AptlyDone.com). You’ll work with our existing wireframes (both low-fidelity and high-fidelity) to create polished, user-friendly screens. The goal is to enhance the user experience, fill any gaps, and prepare the designs for development. Additionally, we want clickable prototypes for validation and early sales and demonstration purposes.

Scope of Work:

Review Existing Wireframes:
Examine our low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes.
Identify any UI/UX gaps or areas for improvement.

UI/UX Design:
Translate wireframes into visually appealing, high-quality Figma designs.
Ensure consistency, usability, and alignment with our brand identity.
Create responsive designs for various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

Clickable Prototypes:
Develop interactive prototypes for key screens and basic transitions that outline user flows.
These will be used to validate the user experience with stakeholders and potential customers.

Collaboration:
Regular communication via chat, Upwork messages or other preferred channels.
Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs as needed.
While we already have a logo and basic colors/styles, we are seeking input and expertise to finalize and welcome collaboration on that as well.

Deliverables:
Figma files with organized components and styles.
Designs will need to consider technology frameworks that will be utilized which may impact the UI/UX design and features (more information will be shared as part of the engagement)
High-fidelity screens for all relevant user flows.
Clickable prototypes for selected screens.

Timeline and Milestones:
Define a realistic timeline for completion.
Break down the project into milestones (e.g., wireframe review, initial designs, prototype delivery).

Budget and Payment Terms:
Specify the budget for the entire project or per milestone.
Outline payment terms (e.g., upfront deposit, milestone payments).

Required Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Figma.
Strong UI/UX design skills.
Experience with clickable prototypes.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS applications is a must.
