We’re looking for a part-time QA Specialist to work remotely, approximately 1 hour per day, 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will have experience with subscription-based, consumer-facing apps.
Responsibilities:
Conduct daily QA testing on both production and staging versions of our apps
Test multiple user flows, including web to iOS app subscription funnels
Execute and improve QA checklists for both platforms
Report bugs and issues through Slack and Instabug
QA bug fixes, improvements, and new features
Requirements:
Experience in QA testing for consumer mobile apps
Familiarity with TestFlight and iOS ecosystem
Understanding of web and mobile user flows
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and proactively
Available to work 1 hour per day, 5 days a week
Challenge Question:
To help us understand your approach to QA, please answer the following:
"How would you design a QA process to test the onboarding flow of a meditation app? Please outline your steps and explain how you would document and prioritize any issues found."
We’re looking for someone who can think critically about the QA process and demonstrate their problem-solving skills. The most promising candidates will be invited to complete a paid trial project (1-2 hours) to further showcase their abilities.
