We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Software Testing Course Trainer to deliver a comprehensive training program in Bangla for Bangladeshi Americans. The program is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in software quality engineering. The trainer will be responsible for teaching industry-standard theories, practical skills, and advanced techniques in software testing and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Course Delivery: Conduct online training sessions in Bangla, covering all aspects of the software testing curriculum.
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the Nexxvali team to develop and update training materials and course content.
Guided Projects: Lead guided coding projects, providing participants with hands-on experience and practical application of their skills.
Mentorship: Offer suggestions for improvisation and support participants in joining Nexxvali in-house projects to gain real-world experience.
Assessment: Evaluate participant progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions.
Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to participants, addressing their queries and helping them overcome challenges.
Course Content:

Industry Standard Theories of Software Quality Assurance (SQA): Covering the fundamental principles and best practices of SQA.
Manual Testing: From basic to advanced levels, ensuring a thorough understanding of manual testing processes.
Java Programming: From basic to advanced levels, essential for test automation.
UI Automation: Using Selenium and other tools to automate user interface testing.
API Manual Validation: Using Postman to validate APIs manually.
API Automation: Using RestAssured for API test automation.
Database Test Automation: Techniques and tools for automating database testing.
DevOps Basics: Introduction to DevOps principles and practices.
Mobile Automation: Using Appium for automating mobile application testing.
Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong background in teaching or training.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java programming, Selenium, Postman, RestAssured, database test automation, DevOps, and Appium.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bangla, with excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Certification: Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
