Windsor.ai is looking for a experienced Python developer to join our fully remote team on contract basis for 20-30 hrs/week, with possibility of extending engagement.

In this role, you’ll:
– Architect backend systems and data pipelines using technologies like Flask, PostgreSQL, Docker
– Optimize integrations between our platform and external APIs/databases
– Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across systems
– Guide decisions on scaling our platform as data volumes grow exponentially

You’ll work in collaborative environment with other skilled engineers who value code quality, learning and mentorship. Expect friendly code reviews, design discussions, and opportunities to share your knowledge.

Requirements we look for:
– 4+ years working in Python across Linux environments
– Experience building scalable APIs and distributed architectures
– Self-driven with excellent time management abilities
– Care deeply about maintainable, well-tested code
