We are seeking an experienced web developer to create a professional and visually appealing website with a dynamic quote generator form. The goal of this project is to build a user-friendly platform where users can get instant quotes for their tech donations based on the device type, condition, and carrier status, and subsequently receive a shipping box and label once they agree to donate. Additionally, the pricing matrix should update itself weekly based on data pulled from relevant websites. Each donation agreement should generate a PDF offer with a donation ID number and be emailed to the donor. An account should be created for each donor to monitor their donations. Once the shipment is received and verified, a tax-deductible receipt should be generated and emailed to the donor as well as uploaded to their portal. The admin backend should track the status of all active donations and track the number of generated quotes and conversions. The site must be mobile responsive to ensure a seamless user experience on all devices. Users must also upload a clear photo of their device before proceeding with the donation.

Responsibilities:

Develop a responsive and visually appealing website using a CMS platform (preferably WordPress).
Integrate a dynamic quote generator form with conditional logic and calculation features.
Ensure the form is user-friendly and allows for easy input of device details (manufacturer, model, condition, carrier status).
Implement a clean and modern design, similar to the form on Kars4Kids.
Integrate the website with ShipWorks to automate the process of sending users a shipping box and label upon agreement to donate.
Set up automated weekly updates for the pricing matrix by pulling data from relevant external websites.
Generate PDF offers with a donation ID number, calculated amount, and device specs, and email them to donors.
Create donor accounts where they can monitor their donations.
Require users to upload a clear photo of their device before proceeding with the donation.
Automatically generate and email tax-deductible receipts once the device is verified, and upload them to the donor’s portal.
Provide an admin backend to track all active donations, their stages, and conversion rates.
Ensure the website is optimized for performance, SEO, and mobile devices.
Provide clear documentation and training on how to manage and update the form, website content, and integrations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in web development (front-end and back-end) with a portfolio of previous projects.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Familiarity with form builders like WPForms, Contact Form 7, or JotForm.
Knowledge of implementing conditional logic and calculations in forms.
Strong UI/UX design skills.
Experience with integrating third-party APIs (e.g., ShipWorks).
Experience with web scraping or APIs to automate data pulling from external websites.
Experience with generating PDFs and sending automated emails.
Experience with creating user accounts and portals.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
