We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer with extensive experience in Shopify to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs. This role requires collaboration with our team, necessitating availability for meetings and communication with some overlap during our working hours (9am to 6pm PST).

Key Responsibilities:
-Design and implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for Shopify websites.
-Collaborate with our development team to ensure seamless integration of designs.
-Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
-Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
-Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to produce high-quality design assets.
-Ensure designs meet brand guidelines and are optimized for various devices.
-Participate in regular team meetings and provide design insights and recommendations.

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio, specifically in Shopify.
-Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
-Excellent understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and best practices for web design.
-Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
-Availability for overlap during our working hours (9am to 6pm PST) for meetings and collaboration.
-Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with other e-commerce platforms and CMS.
-Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
-Familiarity with responsive design principles.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$22.00
