We are seeking an experienced backend developer proficient in Node.js and Express to join our team for a new project. The scope of work includes developing a robust and scalable backend for a web application that will support a large number of users. This will involve creating and integrating APIs, managing databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Project Overview:

API Development:

Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
Ensure secure data transmission and storage.
Database Management:

Set up and manage a database (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
Write efficient and optimized queries.
Ensure data integrity and implement backup/recovery processes.
Integration and Deployment:

Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed.
Set up CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment and continuous integration.
Deploy the application on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.).
Performance Optimization:

Monitor and improve the performance of the application.
Implement caching strategies to enhance speed and efficiency.
Conduct load testing and optimize the system to handle high traffic.
Documentation and Support:

Create comprehensive documentation for the developed APIs and system architecture.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance post-deployment.

Hourly Range: $10.00-$20.00
