Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Python Developer to join our team. This role offers the
chance to work on impactful projects in a supportive and dynamic environment, reporting directly to our lead developer.

Required Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 8 years working full-time in a tech company as a software developer or project manager.
Technical Skills:
– Proficient in Python, Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
-Experience with Docker or any other virtualization technology.
– Familiarity with PaaS cloud technologies such as Heroku, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
Tools:
– Experience handling Git and any project management system (e.g., Jira, Trello).
– Own a computer/laptop with high memory/CPU power to run a Docker-compose stack locally.

Required Soft Skills:
– Fluent in English.
– Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
– Interest in sports science, health, and wellness fields.

Nice-to-Have Experience (in decreasing priority):
– Project management experience.
– Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, Kotlin.
– Experience with endurance sports and GPS watches (e.g., Garmin), and online platforms (e.g., Strava).
– Familiarity with Python Tornado library and Python web servers.
– Data science experience.
– Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
– Any experience in any sport.

Working Hours:
– Part-time (20 hours per week) with a flexible schedule, completely remote.
– Regular meetings with colleagues from Central Europe and Canada.
– Regular alignment with colleagues from Central Europe, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.

Hourly Range: $25.00-$50.00
