Key Responsibilities:
Analyze user behavior and conversion data to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to implement optimization strategies.
Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or VWO to gather data and insights.
Continuously refine and iterate on CRO strategies based on results.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in conversion optimization.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Proficiency in A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
Understanding of UX/UI principles and how they impact conversion rates.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Hourly Range: $10.00-$30.00
