We are seeking a Scrum Coach who is not only adept at Agile methodologies but also brings a wealth of experience as an Ultra Successful Technology Delivery Leader, IT Strategic Leader, and Technical & Functional Enterprise Solutions Architect. This role requires a visionary leader who can guide teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions while driving strategic initiatives and ensuring architectural integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Scrum Coaching:
Coach and mentor Agile teams in Scrum practices to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.

2. Technology Delivery Leadership:
Lead and manage technology delivery projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

3. IT Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
Identify emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Provide strategic guidance to senior management on technology investments and initiatives.
4. Enterprise Solutions Architecture:
Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure enterprise solutions.
Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements and architectural standards.
Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance the enterprise architecture.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and development teams.
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to ensure clarity and alignment.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build Agile and technical capabilities within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) or equivalent Agile certification.
Extensive experience in technology delivery leadership roles with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Strong IT strategic planning and execution experience.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise solutions architecture, including both technical and functional aspects.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
Familiarity with various Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SAFe).
Experience in a consulting or advisory role.

Hourly Range: $7.50-$11.50
