About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Researcher who can locate people with various experience – like teachers who have taught Shakespeare – and interview them.  must have experience in education and or similar academic and policy background in research. this person will play a role in our product process. The core of this role involves translating insights and objectives gathered from desktop reserch, meetings and interviews and be able to then utilise into requirements for new features and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Engage in regular meetings with the program lead/team to understand high-level visions, goals, and expectations.
* Translate discussions and insights from these meetings into clear and detailed user requirements for the engineering team.
* * Communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the process, ensuring alignment and clarity.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation that is up-to-date and reflective of project requirements and adjustments.

Requirements:
* MUST be available to work GMT+at least 2 hours a day
* Proven experience as a researcher and or product development environment.
* Ability to interpret and translate executive discussions into detailed, actionable requirements for technical teams.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential.
* Independent work ethic and effective time management skills.

Hourly Range: $30.00-$40.00
