We’re seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects using cutting-edge technologies.

## Required Skills

– Strong proficiency in React and Next.js
– Experience with Radix UI framework https://www.radix-ui.com
– Expertise in Tailwind CSS
– Solid understanding of Node.js
– Proficiency in PostgreSQL/SQL databases
– Competence in Figma for design work

## Preferred Skills

– Familiarity with PayloadCMS framework https://payloadcms.com

## Position Details

– **Hours**: Part-time, 20 hours per week to start
– **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (USA Eastern Time)
– **Time Zone Requirement**: Candidate MUST work during USA Eastern Time business hours. This is non-negotiable.
– **Initial Commitment**: 3 days a week until sufficiently onboarded

## Evaluation Process

1. Multiple skill assessment tests within the first 15 days
2. Observation period to evaluate fit with team and project requirements
