• Escalate issues promptly and efficiently to the appropriate teams, ensuring timely resolution.
• Take ownership of incidents and problems, working to resolve them and prevent future occurrences.
• Understand our backend applications and make necessary changes based on resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain cloud systems, set up infrastructure as code modules, build CI/CD pipelines, assist developers in dockerizing applications, and manage Kubernetes clusters.
The Systems Engineer is required to work from 10 AM to 6 PM CET. Additional hours might be discussed based on operational needs. Please note that time off can only be taken during the June-August period, with prior approval from the supervisor. No off days are allowed during the school year to ensure availability for our clients at all times.
