Hi we were looking at the possibilities of building a Chrome extension for a pop up for our phone system to talk with zoho CRM

Because the zoho pop up is not customisable i,s this something that you can be done ? our phone company can help provide a trigger for a pop up

Customer Detail
Account name  (related to the phone number -account )
Phone Number (Incoming call abilty to copy from)
Charge Account -True or false zoho account
Capricorn Number – zoho account
Is Account On Hold -zoho account

Create cases and task in zoho

If phone number has no  account abilty to add it to asscoite with an account

In the second stage of this I would like to be able to show quotes,order and invoice stats these are all in opportunities module please check attached excel under second stage header
