We are seeking a mid-level visual/UI designer with digital software and application design experience to join our startup team and help bring our product vision to life. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, and maintaining the visual brand of the product across multiple channels.  

Key responsibilities include:

– Assisting the team with design research planning, facilitation, and synthesis
– Supporting user research and testing efforts to validate and iterate on design solutions
– Translating product requirements and user flows into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
– Collaborating closely with the team to ensure designs are technically feasible
– Establishing and maintaining a cohesive visual design system, i.e. components, styles, and patterns
– Staying up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices

The ideal candidate will have:

– At least 3 years of professional experience as a visual/UI/graphic designer
– A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and skills
– Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
– A user-centered design approach and passion for creating great experiences
