We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team of Solidity Developer and Web3 UI/UX Designer to join the founding team of a groundbreaking decentralized finance (DeFi) project built on the Polygon network. This project is poised to disrupt the industry and has the potential to redefine how projects are launched and funded within the crypto space.

While we cannot disclose full details at this stage, we can share that our project will revolutionize how decentralized crowdfunding is conducted.  Our platform will focus on empowerment, community-driven decision-making, and security.

Responsibilities:

Blockchain Developer:

Smart Contract Architecture & Development: Design and implement secure, efficient, and scalable smart contracts on Polygon (Matic), including the project’s token contract, crowdfunding mechanisms, and staking functionality.
Security & Auditing: Work closely with security experts to ensure the robustness of the codebase, participate in audits, and implement necessary fixes.
Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team and the UI/UX designer to translate the project vision into reality and provide technical expertise and insights throughout the development process.
Web3 UI/UX Designer:

User Interface (UI) Design: Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for the platform’s web application, ensuring seamless user experience and optimal functionality.
User Experience (UX) Design: Design user flows, wireframes, and mockups to create a user-centered design that is easy to navigate and understand.
Web3 Design Principles: Apply best practices in Web3 design to ensure compatibility with decentralized technologies and wallets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the blockchain developer and the founding team to align the design with the project’s technical requirements and overall vision.
Required Skills and Experience:

(Blockchain Developer) 3+ years of experience in Solidity development and deployment of smart contracts on Ethereum or Polygon.
(Blockchain Developer) Deep understanding of decentralized finance protocols, token standards, and security best practices.
(Blockchain Developer) Familiarity with the Polygon network and its development tools and frameworks.
(UI/UX Designer) 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web3 projects.
(UI/UX Designer) Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
(Both) Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
(Both) Passion for blockchain technology and decentralized finance.
Preferred Qualifications:

(Blockchain Developer) Experience with tokenomics design and implementation.
(Blockchain Developer) Knowledge of other blockchain platforms and smart contract languages.
(Blockchain Developer) Familiarity with KYC/AML (Know Your Customer/Anti-Money Laundering) procedures.
(Blockchain Developer) Track record of contributing to successful DeFi projects.
(UI/UX Designer) Experience in designing for DeFi and crypto projects.
(UI/UX Designer) Understanding of blockchain technology and its impact on user experience.
(UI/UX Designer) Strong visual design skills and ability to create engaging user interfaces.
