Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has vowed to “always” protect Saudi Arabia if he wins US elections this year. Speaking with Bloomberg Businessweek on July 17, Trump also praised Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman. He said, “He likes me; I like him; they’re always going to need protection… I’ll always protect them.” He also accused Joe Biden of pushing the Kingdom towards China.
