I am looking for a skilled web developer to help create a website named matpolitikk.no. The website will serve as a platform where users can propose and upvote various political solutions related to food policy. The primary goal is to create a user-friendly and secure website that encourages public participation and ensures a spam-free environment.

**Key Features:**
– **User Registration and Authentication:** Simple and secure user registration and login functionality.
– **Upvote System:** Implement an intuitive upvote system where users can vote on different solutions.
– **Proposal Submission:** Allow users to submit their own proposals for the admin to approve.
– **Spam Protection:** Robust spam protection measures to ensure genuine user interactions.
– **Sort and Filter Options:** Enable sorting and filtering of proposals based on popularity, date, and categories.

**Requirements:**
– Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, or custom development if preferred.
