Looking for someone capable of complex and responsive layouts based on dynamic and conditional data fields. Ideally all around WordPress skill set.

Though creativity and design talent is welcome, I am also just looking for someone who can execute and build off of template frames quickly.

Someone comfortable building complex forms with conditional submission events would also be greatly appreciated.

Anyone who is organized and thoughtful about structure.

Someone exceptionally diligent with QA.

Backend experience and optimizing speed would be good too.
