About Us:
We are developing a cross-platform mobile app designed to provide seamless daycare management and communication between providers and guardians. Our goal is to create an intuitive and engaging user experience that caters to the needs of daycare providers, guardians, and staff. We use Figma as our primary design tool and JIRA for specifying our business requirements.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced UX/UI designer to join our team and help us create high-quality Figma wireframes for our cross-platform mobile app. You will work alongside another UX/UI designer to create new screens and complete existing flows, ensuring consistency with our existing theme and design language. We expect you to adhere to UX/UI best practices, such as using auto layout and reusable components, to create a cohesive and efficient design system.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with our existing UX/UI designer to create new screens and complete existing flows in Figma.
• Ensure consistency with our existing theme and design language.
• Use UX/UI best practices, including auto layout and reusable components, to create a cohesive and efficient design system.
• Translate JIRA-specified business requirements into intuitive and engaging Figma wireframes.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Ensure that the design is user-centric and accessible.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on cross-platform mobile apps.
• Proficiency in Figma, including auto layout and reusable components.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and principles.
• Experience working with design systems and maintaining consistency across multiple screens and flows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging wireframes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a user-centric mindset.
• Experience using JIRA for project management is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in designing for the daycare or education sector.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
