I am looking to build a marketplace for owners to sell their businesses. It will allow sellers to post businesses and for buyers to search through the listings and contact sellers on businesses they are interested in. It is very similar to a job board except instead of jobs, it is businesses that are listed. No communications or purchase/sale transactions will be taking place on the platform. It is just used to connect sellers (posters) and buyers (searchers) and facilitate initial contact.

Main Functionality:

1) Sellers need to sign up for an account to post a business.
2) Signed-in sellers have access to a dashboard/menu where they can: (i) Access a standardized form to fill out for creating new business listings; (ii) Edit or delete businesses they previously posted; (iii) Update account settings (e.g. email, password etc).
3) Dashboard for Admin (me) to: (i) Review and approve submitted business listings before they go live on the website; (ii) Create new business listings (iii) Edit or delete any businesses created by any sellers; (iv) See all users and manage if required.
4) Buyers need to sign up and create a profile: (i) Once signed in they can view all business listings; (ii) They can bookmark / save their favorite listings; (iii) Update account settings (e.g. profile, email, password etc).
5) Users have the ability to search and filter listings.
6) Users can contact sellers via contact form (which sends an email) on each business listing page.
7) Fully responsive.
