I am a small agency in NJ that has been in business since 1998.  My team and I work mainly with chemical companies.  I have two SAAS side-projects I am building.

I am looking for a ROCK STAR website designer / developer to bring on to my team.

– Must have VERY strong design skills.  Not technical, HTML, but DESIGN skills.
– Preferably looking for a very strong designer, who can also code HTML/CSS.

Looking to open a coversation around projects / budgets.. and possibly the right person will be considered for a partnership, equity % on the SAAS (if a partnership makes sense).
