A day after former U.S. President Donald Trump survived an assassination attempt during a rally on Saturday, the Kremlin has ended the suspense over whether Putin intends to call Trump. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said Putin does not plan to call Trump after the shooting incident. When asked if Putin planned to call Trump, Peskov said, “there are no such plans.” The Kremlin spokesperson added that it was obvious Donald Trump’s life was in jeopardy.
