Job Description:
Small Biz Acquisitions is seeking an experienced Go High Level (GHL) Back-End Expert to manage and optimize our CRM and marketing automation systems. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience with GHL, specializing in automations, funnels, SMS marketing automation, email automations, and triggers. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can handle all backend aspects of GHL to streamline our marketing efforts and improve our customer relationship management. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong ability to follow instructions. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to executing tasks as directed.
This is a project-based position where we will assign specific tasks and problems for you to solve, and you will inform us of the total number of hours required to complete each project. Our working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM US Central Time, and it is essential that you are available during these hours for both project work and any future calls or video conferences. Applicants must have a stable internet connection, a strong ability to follow instructions, and be available throughout the week to handle our projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows within GHL.
– Develop triggers and actions to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
– Optimize sales and marketing funnels to drive lead generation and conversions.
– Set up and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
– Implement conditional logic to create sophisticated workflows that cater to different customer journeys.
– Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to triggers and workflows.
– Support us with any issues that arise
– Ability to FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS meticulously.
– Execute tasks according to specified guidelines and instructions.
– Maintain consistent and clear communication with the team.
– Ensure all tasks are completed within the given timeframe and to the required standards.
Required Qualifications:
– Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL).
– Skills:
– Proficiency in creating and managing automations, funnels, email and SMS marketing campaigns, and triggers within GHL.
– Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices and CRM management.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with integration tools and platforms that work with GHL.
– Reliable and stable internet connection.
