We have SwapU.com.au.  We help people swap goods.

It is a web application built on Vue.js and Firebase. We are making updates and are looking for a long term developer to assist.  

You will be working from Figma and GitHub.  There is a mentor available who can help when you get stuck.  

Front-End Skills (Vue.js):

Strong understanding of Vue.js fundamentals: This includes components, templates, data binding, directives, lifecycles, and the Vue ecosystem (Vue Router, Vuex).
Building interactive user interfaces: Proficiency in creating reusable components, handling user interactions, and building dynamic and responsive UIs.
JavaScript best practices: Knowledge of modern JavaScript features (ES6+), writing clean and maintainable code, and following best practices for code organization and testing.
HTML and CSS: Solid understanding of HTML structure and CSS for styling web applications.
Back-End Skills (Firebase):

Firebase expertise: In-depth knowledge of Firebase products like Firestore (database), Authentication, Cloud Functions, Storage, and familiarity with their functionalities.
Data modeling and querying: Understanding how to structure data in Firestore, efficiently fetching and manipulating data using queries.
User authentication and authorization: Implementing secure user logins, role-based access control, and managing user data in Firebase Authentication.
Serverless functions: Ability to write and deploy Firebase Cloud Functions to handle backend logic and interact with other Firebase services.

Quasar experience is essential as it is specific to this project.

Additional Skills:

Version control systems: Git for version control and collaboration.
Deployment strategies: Deploying Vue.js applications with Firebase Hosting or other platforms.
Testing: Writing unit and integration tests for both front-end and back-end code.
Problem-solving and debugging: Ability to identify and fix issues in both the front-end and back-end of the application.
Bonus Skills:

Vue.js advanced features: Familiarity with Vuex (state management), Vue Router (routing), and server-side rendering with Nuxt.js.
RESTful APIs: Understanding of RESTful APIs for potential integrations with external services.
