We are seeking a talented and experienced Website Designer / UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong technical background, and the ability to create user-centric digital experiences. Applicants must have a portfolio of their work and meet the specified qualifications.

Responsibilities:
    • Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
    • Collaborate with our development team to implement responsive designs.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new projects.
    • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
    • Ensure websites are optimized for speed and scalability.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
    • Develop and maintain websites using platforms like Magento 2, Laravel, Shopify, WordPress, React, and Vue.js.
    • Manage and version control code using GitHub.
    • Revise and update current websites to improve user experience and performance.

Requirements:
    • English Proficiency: C2 level proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
    • Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your development and design projects is a must. Please include a link to your portfolio in your application.
    • Location: Applicants must be located in North America or South America (preferably EST time zone).
    • Technical Skills:
        ◦ Proficiency with content management systems such as Magento 2, Shopify, Laravel, and WordPress.
        ◦ Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
        ◦ Experience with UX/UI design principles and best practices.
        ◦ Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience working on e-commerce platforms.
    • C2 level proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
    • A portfolio showcasing your development and design projects is a must.   
    • Applicants must be located in North America or South America (preferably EST time zone).
    • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Magento 2, Shopify, Laravel, WordPress).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
