I am in need of an iOS developer, to work on the source code of Telegram:

The goal here, is to make a Telegram app that is suitable for organizations, which will contain only chats that this organization is interested in having.

This job includes:

1. read the source code, to find places that can by exploited to  bypass the chat restrictions, and block this loopholes
So as an example, you will be required to: filtering chat global search, normal search, "forward" option, "share" option.
so there are a lot of little details to block here, none of them are hard by itself, but they add up into a pile.
2. implement Firebase Firestore integrations with the app, or reading Firestore documents using simple REST api.
3. making a centralized code part, that decide which chats to be avoided or included in the app.
4. making extremely detailed Compile guides for Telegram app. without skipping any step (even smallest one), including video recordings.

If you are looking for a long term work, this is it.

1. Swift
2. advantage: Firebase Firestore experience.
3. Git. Github, etc.
4. soft Communication skills. very important.
5. soft Documenting skills
6. advantage (for other projects I have): C++ and Objective C knowledge.
7. advantage: experience with Bazel build system

Device requirement:

1. compiled project of Telegram on your computer, is expected to be ~3Gb in size.
2. I think you can compile it without problem on 8Gb RAM, but it’s recommended to have 16Gb RAM
3. It’s recommended to avoid work on a potato computer 😀
