We are seeking an experienced developer or development team to create a cutting-edge AI-driven software solution that predicts health outcomes based on patient sociodemographic data and provides tailored care recommendations. Initially, this software needs to integrate seamlessly with Cerner, with the capability to expand to other EHR systems like EPIC in the future.

Responsibilities:
Develop AI Engine: Build an AI engine that predicts health outcomes using machine learning models based on patient sociodemographic data.
Integration with Cerner: Ensure seamless integration of the software with Cerner’s EHR system.
User Interface Development: Create a user-friendly interface for healthcare providers to input patient data and receive predictions and care recommendations.
Data Security and Privacy: Implement robust security measures to ensure patient data is handled in compliance with all relevant regulations (HIPAA, PIPEDA, etc.).

Requirements:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying AI-driven healthcare applications.
