I currently run a business through discord that allows people to pay and get their document AI and Plagiarism checked from turnitin (I have a turnitin account). I am currently manually receiving payments and manually submitting my customer’s documents through turnitin and sending it back via ticket tool. I would like an automatic process that looks like this.

1) Customer opens ticket tool and tool create a private chat with between customer, me, and the bot
2) Bot generates a link that is connected to the discord ticket and customer pays using link (paypal & stripe)
3) Ticket tool acknowledges that payment is received (paypal or stripe) and request the customer to submit their document
4) Customer submits their document (pdf or .docx files)
5) Document is received and is submitted directly to my turnitin account
6) Turnitin returns the results (pdf files) and is automatically sent back to the customer’s ticket

I also have several concerns that I wish to be addressed, The first being the scenario that I use different turnitin accounts (month after month). Possibly a web server that serves a simple password protected website that once logged into presents me with a small form that you can submit with the new Turnitin credentials. Second of all, I would like to know your rough draft plan if we were to proceed. I would also like assistance setting up the discord bot in my server as well as making sure payments go through to my account. I had attached a ROUGH image of what the bot will be doing.
