I’m a professor at an American university. I have some business ideas and would like to seek a partner to develop one or two apps. I don’t think they are extensive apps. I want to invite the programmer as my partner. Instead of paying you, you will receive 49% of the ownership of the products/company. I can work on the business and sales aspects of the apps.

Besides skills in coding mobile apps, I hope you have excellent communication skills and are willing to put in some hours before seeing some profits. We both will take on the risk of developing the apps. I believe the apps could have great market potential.
