Lead and execute all UX design for Timeswap
Must have a strong interest in the crypto / DeFi ecosystem
Own and develop design solutions from ideation to execution.
Work directly with the product, engineering and marketing teams to develop new product features that deliver meaningful experiences.
Deliver high-fidelity assets for new products and services.
Obsessively refine every interaction and visual design detail.
Present and explain design ideas and concepts with confidence.
Guide the strategy around the growth of our design team as we scale
Develop and design a consistent visual experience across the entire customer journey
Work with expert-level speed and thoroughness
The working hours need to be clearly defined by the candidate.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to quickly produce high-quality, thorough designs and demos
The ideal candidate has 4-5+ years of experience in UX and product design
A thoughtfully presented portfolio that demonstrates a refined aesthetic, the ability to think conceptually, and excellent visual and product design skills.
Ability to take the lead and own one’s own tasks and projects from start to finish.
Basic knowledge of the crypto ecosystem (Bonus if you are Defi User)
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in UX research methods.
Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
Proven experience creating high-fidelity designs in Figma
Ability to create prototypes using Figma or other tools.
Ability to design beautiful sales and pitch materials, marketing websites and other marketing collateral.
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and operate in a fast-paced work environment
