We are seeking an experienced UI/UX designer to create a user experience for a web-based interface to manage real estate transactions. The web app will take inputs from users and allow them to manage key deadlines through an intuitive user interface.

Features:
Display key action items and important dates.
Highlight potential risks.
Button for agents to mark action items as completed.
SMS alert system for updates and confirmations.
Share transaction status with other parties.
Add custom actions.

Qualifications:
We are seeking a professional designer with at least five years of focused user interface and design experience, preferably with time spent at a leading consumer or B2B company or a leading agency. No hacks—willing to pay top dollar for top talent.

Hourly Range: $32.00-$100.00
